Mike and Reggie continue their hunt for the evil Tall Man, just as a new menace from beyond the grave threatens to destroy the world by resurrecting an army of undead terrors. Creepy horror sequel with some decent special effects, but even less plot than the previous two films. A Michael Baldwin returns to the role he played in the 1979 original, while Reggie Bannister and Angus Scrimm make their third appearances in the series
